Refund & Return Policy – KubraMall

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction on every purchase made with KubraMall.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

- Delivered item is defective

- Delivered item is damaged

- Wrong product is delivered

2. Return Timeframe

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used products, open box items, and hygiene-based products are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

5. COD Orders

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
